Rooftop Ward Expansion at Northwick Park Hospital
Sustainico was appointed to project manage the rooftop ward expansion in partnership with MTX. The goal was to deliver a modern 32-bed short-stay ward on top of the existing Accident & Emergency (A&E) department at Northwick Park Hospital, addressing the urgent need for additional patient space in a live clinical setting.
Royal Berkshire
Hospital
Sustainico was appointed to manage the scheme from inception on behalf of MTX who were appointed to deliver a new Urology Outpatients Department at the Royal Berkshire Hospital as part of the NHS Capital for Targeted Investment in Elective Recovery programme.
Wycombe Hospital Development
Sustainico was appointed to manage the scheme from inception on behalf of MTX who were appointed to deliver a new six-storey modular hospital building as Phase 5 of the wider Wycombe Hospital redevelopment. The scheme replaces critical services currently housed in the ageing tower block and consolidates key clinical functions into a purpose-built, modern facility.
